Boot Timer is a small tool that lets you control the time it takes to start up Windows. It requires no installation, just double click on the runnable file and, each time you restart the PC, it shows you the time Windows dedicates to the different applications and windows. It doesn´t time how long the PC spends on the BIOS, just how long it takes to start up the Windows operating system.
